No, it is not possible to make monetary donations via the CWAT platform. The only way to donate to your favourite NGOs is by viewing more ads and filling surveys.

The CWAT app has two kinds of revenue streams; one is the full screen ad which is viewed while opening the app. 100% of the revenue from this full screen ad is donated to the NGO of your choice. The second is the in-app ads from which 100% of the net profits are donated to the NGO of your choice. Net Profits is calculated as Revenue – Operational Expenditure (Salaries + Infrastructure cost) – Tax – Growth.

Yes, you can communicate with the NGO through the chat feature on the CWAT App and express your interest to volunteer.

Salaries are decided by the CWAT management teams which will be posted on the CWAT website. CWAT will remain 100% transparent.

CWAT points are generated by the points management system and will be allocated to users based on their activities like inviting friends through their referal codes and having them join CWAT, viewing ads and filling up surveys.

 

Will products be delivered to users?

No, since we are offering the products completely free of cost we request the users to have a first hand experience at the NGO and collect their product from the NGO.

Have the NGOs been vetted by CWAT?

CWAT onboards only goverment-registered NGOs and the NGOs have to mandatorily submit their certifications.

 

Does CWAT take responsibility of the quality of products?

No, CWAT functions as a platform displaying products by the NGOs. The ownership of the quality of the products rests with the NGOs.

 

Will a user know how much money he/she has individually raised for an NGO?

Yes, the user can view the amount donated in their CWAT profile page.

 

How do I upload content on the app?

The user has to visit their profile page, click on the upload button, select the content they would like to upload, categorise their content and add a caption if they want to, then click the upload button to complete the upload process.

 

Can I download video and audio content to my phone?

Can I chat/share content with friends in my contact list?

No, chatting and viewing content from the CWAT app requires the person to download the CWAT App.

No, the products can be redeemed againsts CWAT Points.

 

How can I redeem my gifts from the store?

Once you have redeemed the product of your choice, you will have to click claim to generate a QR code which will have to be shown to the NGO personal at the NGO from which you are picking up the product.

Unlike any other advertising platforms, CWAT will credit your unused ads as advertisement credits. No platforms currently provide this. These credits will be valid for a specific number days and eligible to be used again in the CWAT app.

 

How is CWAT’s targetization unique and accurate?

CWAT provides targetisation through two mediums; an algorithm which reads the users’ behaviours and likings, and surveys which users are incentivised to answer. So now you know what the user likes and what his/her behaviour suggests he/she likes
